Matt’s Carolina Courier Service uses the details you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a delivery estimate, and discuss your shipment. Those details include your name, phone number, email, question, and any pickup, delivery, or cargo information you provide.
Inquiry emails
Your inquiry is sent to the owner, and a confirmation is sent to your email address through Resend. The website does not add you to a marketing list when you submit an inquiry.
Delivery records
When the dispatch dashboard is enabled, submitted inquiries are also stored in a database hosted by DigitalOcean. Authorized staff use these records to review requests, schedule deliveries, and track delivery status, route mileage, agreed prices, and payment receipts. The dashboard records payment amounts and references from the owner's external invoicing system; it does not collect card or bank account details.
Address search and driving distance
Address searches, selected places, and routes are processed through Google Maps Platform to help you select locations and calculate driving distances. Use of these features is subject to the Google Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this notice for those features.
Form protection
The website temporarily uses request information to limit automated or repeated submissions. A delivery estimate is held in an encrypted token in your browser for up to 30 minutes so it can be submitted with the correct route and price.
